Great for camping/hiking or just letting the kids get involved more with cooking.
Add eggs to ziplock style sandwich baggie and mix together.
Add salt and pepper, cheese, ham, onion, peppers, chipolte peppers, chicken, hash browns, yadda yadda yadda.
Place sealed baggie in pot of boiling water for 12 minutes (high altitude add 2 minutes). Depending on size of pot 4-6 can be cooked at once. Retrieve with tongs and slice baggie open.
