While this dessert has a simple name, it is very, very good and very, very rich. Makes lots, I only make it when I can take most of it out of the house and away from my ability to eat too much of it.
Mix flour, butter and chopped pecans together. Press into bottom of pan. Bake 20 minutes in a 350 oven. Cool.
Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese and 6 oz. cool whip. Spread over baked mixture.
Mix chocolate pudding, vanilla pudding, milk and instant coffee in pan. Cook on low heat for 2 minutes. Cool and spread over two other layers. Cover with cool whip to about 1 deep. Sprinkle with chocolate shaving or decorettes.
Freeze and when taken out for use let thaw enough to cut pan into 4 sections. Each section can then be stored in smaller containers for future use.
